1. I love love love Peace of Mind Veterinary! I first met Kira and Dr. Schaefer when I brought my newly adopted kitten in for a cold; they were so kind, attentive, and gentle in their care of my little gal. They were also super informative in answering all of my new kitten mom questions. Thanks to both of them my little gal was feeling better in no time! Today I took her and her sister back for their kitten checkups and again, Kira was a rockstar and Dr. Wood was so good with my girls. I can’t say enough positive things about this office, they truly care about their furry patients and the fur parents too.

  2. Hands down the best veterinary experience we have had! The Doctor was knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. He didn't treat our kitten with a cookie cutter approach to care and answered all of our questions. The technician and front desk staff were kind and professional! Everyone introduced themselves and were generally interested in our kitten. The cleanliness of the facility was top notch, super clean and a well kept comfortable environment!

  4. I have been going to this clinic with my 2 dogs for over 12 years. The staff is so wonderful. We usually see Dr. Wood who is so great with my dogs. I have seen the other doctors there as well and would highly recommend any of them. They really take their time with my dogs and are so good with them. I completely trust the care I get from everyone at this clinic.

  5. Where do I begin? The staff at Peace of Mind is top tier and they care about your pet as much as the pet owner does, HANDS DOWN! Every time my wife and I go to a routine check-up, we feel that our 2 dogs are receiving the best care. We’ve had one of our dogs need surgery in the last 5 months and the same dog also had some stomach problems where he couldn’t eat for 4+ days. After taking our dog to 2 different animal hospitals over a Saturday or Sunday where they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him, we finally got to bring him to Peace of Mind first thing on a Monday morning and we immediately knew that our dog was going to be okay. The vets took great care of him and helped us come up with a treatment plan that fit our budget and our dog was back to normal after a few days. We couldn’t recommend Peace of Mind more and are so thankful for all the care and love that they show to our furry family members! Thank you!!

  6. A caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable team. I’ve been taking my GWP here for almost 4 years. Porcupine quill removal, an ACL tear, annual check-up, anything and everything, they have always provided top-notch, quality care. Today, Dr. Schaefer and the team were able to remove a tiny thorn tip that had impaled itself in my dog’s eye while we were hunting. Tough to put in to words my gratitude to them for taking care of my dog so quickly and compassionately. I would recommend POM to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

  7. My partner and I have had an excellent experience with Peace of Mind. I first learned of them through Google when my parents' cat, Buddy, was extremely ill and needed immediate care. Our normal vet wasn't able to see him, and the staff got him in quickly. We met with Dr. Wood and she truly saved our little guy. This summer, we got a puppy, Penny, and they have been with her every step of the way. She somehow loves going to the vet and always comes out happy and healthy. They've been kind and patient with us as new puppy parents and have put her health first even though they are clearly very busy during these stressful times. When Penny has been sick over the past few weeks, they have always taken our stressed calls and Dr. Schaefer and Dr. Clark have made sure she is well, even referring us to UMN's specialists. We are so grateful for their care and have recommended them to friends and family. We are happy to know that our sweet puppy is receiving the best care possible.

  8. My cat had a urinary emergency a couple months ago, I was able to bring him within a couple hours to Peace of Mind after calling about 4 different vets. I am very glad I found this vet, everyone I've encountered here is very kind and have an obvious love for animals. The pricing is also fair compared to a lot of places. My cat has been here a few more times since the incident for shots and he absolutely loves the techs. I can only hope my next vet gives me as much "peace of mind" as this one did. Well earned name.
