In response to recent COVID-19 concerns, we are writing to assure our clients that we are taking recommended precautions. Until further notice our lobby will remain CLOSED to the public. We will be running carside appointments to comply with social-distancing recommendations. Once arriving at the clinic, please call to alert a staff member that you are here. A veterinary technician will speak with you over the phone to get a history and plan what services are needed for the day. The veterinary technician will then retrieve your pet from your car and return inside for the doctor to examine your pet and come up with a plan. The doctor will then call you in the parking lot to discuss a recommended treatment plan and move forward with any agreed upon diagnostics or treatments. Once diagnostic results are obtained, the doctor will call back with plan moving forward and go over any medication or discharge instructions. At that point, a receptionist will then speak with you to accept payment over the phone. At this time, credit card transactions over the phone are preferable. Once payment has been received, the pet will be returned to your car.
***IF YOU OR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS SICK WITH ACUTE UPPER RESPIRATORY ISSUES AND A FEVER, WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC!! If a friend or neighbor cannot help by bringing your pet to the clinic you can call us to reschedule your pet's appointment once you are well.
