We are changing our prescription refill policy for outside pharmacies (Chewy, Amazon, Costco, etc.).
Starting January 1st, 2026, we will no longer approve prescription requests from outside pharmacies, whether submitted in clinic, via fax, or email.
Clients will need to request a written prescription (minimum 24 hours' notice) to pick up and take to the pharmacy of their choosing.
